Overview:
Highlight is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to provide high-level administrative support.
The Program Analyst will provide technical support in order to facilitate the effective achievement of agency priorities. You will provide direct support in multiple areas of focus including staffing, recruitment, human resources management, and various administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates office moves, office construction, and other facility improvements that require coordination of property, services, and facilities such as furniture, equipment, telephones, and short-term storage.
- Reviews, tasks, and tracks a variety of technical documents.
- Manages a shared, well-organized electronic filing system, including document tracking, records library, and other electronic files as needed. Keeps filings up-to-date and regularly assesses organization and usability; makes recommendations for changes or improvements as needed.
- Performs outreach and communication with internal, and some external, stakeholders both orally and in writing.
- Drafts correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda related to management and administrative programs and issues, as assigned.
- Manages the inventory of equipment/property and directly supports office operational services. (i.e. IT hardware and software, telecommunications, copiers, office supplies, etc.).
- Coordinates development of requirements for specialized supplies and services in consultation with contracting and procurement staff.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Previous experience coordinating office moves.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 or more years of experience working in a related position.
- Relationship management experience and ability to work under short-term deadlines.
