North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) has been a cornerstone in providing essential mental health services to the Central Ohio community for over 50 years. As a nonprofit organization, NCCC is dedicated to educating and enriching the lives of individuals, couples, youth, and families across Franklin County. With a commitment to reaching those in need, NCCC operates from five locations and offers a range of programs including therapy, case management, substance use disorder treatment, school-based and youth and adolescent services.
As the Youth & Adolescent Program Director at North Community Counseling Centers Inc, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and professionally developing the clinical and case management staff in this program and the school-based program. The Y&A Program Director works to enhance our diverse range of behavioral healthcare programming for both School-Based and Youth & Adolescent. Services include individual and group psychotherapy, prevention services, and case management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the QMHS, Social Workers, and Counselors (staff and interns).
- Perform supervision, reviews, consultation, training and support to ensure compliance and program quality.
- Evaluate individual and overall team performance on a regular basis.
- Review collected data and apply findings needed to make improvements including but not limited to caseload adjustments, work assignments, and staff productivity.
- Actively monitor assigned supervisees’ performance goals and professional development in accordance with agency expectations.
- Manage staff timesheets, expenses, leave requests, etc. and ensure all documentation is accurate, in compliance with agency policies and practices.
- Actively participate in program activities including but not limited to attending school and agency meetings, supervision, and consultation.
- Provides direct serves as needed by the agency.
- Communicate respectfully to clients, providers, and staff.
- Abides by and has knowledge of agency confidentiality policies and HIPPA rules.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- LISW or LPCC required. Supervisory designation preferred (or in progress).
- Previous leadership experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
- A leader who carries a compassionate and caring demeanor through servant leadership

- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, overcome challenges and empathize with others.
