Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. - Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including medical records and care plans
- Review and analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [State]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting
