Position Summary:
Coordinates and oversees Parking operations staffing and all core competencies in staff time scheduling and financial reporting. Work responsibility includes both office support and the coordination of Arena event operational activities. Work is performed with considerable independence under the general direction of the Parking & Transportation Managers and work is reviewed through observation and evaluation of results achieved.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $30.53 to $35.61.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supervises all parking and transportation operations including scheduling, office support activities, record keeping, budgeting, applications, violation notices and related activities.
- Handles all parking and transportation employee inquiries regarding their payroll and scheduled work.

Oversees the event staffing budgets and works to find efficient ways to keep staffing levels sufficient while reducing expenses.
- Plans, assigns, and supervises the activities of staff engaged in all parking and transportation related operational needs.

Is the main point of contact for all department invoices.

Monitors performance of departmental budget in coordination with the Parking & Transportation Managers and Director.

Performs related work as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent.

Basic arithmetic skills.

Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.

Must have 1-3 year’s previous experience in events and/or payroll and reporting.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as a team player.
