Job Description:
The Corporate Accounts Manager (CAM) reports directly to the Director of Business Development. The CAM will develop strong relationships with targeted regional employer C-Suites & HR/Benefits management staff and associated brokers to obtain formal and informal reconnaissance/feedback and explore ways we can partner and meet ever-changing employer health care needs, with particular emphasis on onsite employer health and wellness needs. The CAM will oversee the staff of two Events Coordinators. In addition to the growth of employer relationships and management responsibilities, the CAM is responsible for overseeing the coordination of health fairs, lunch-and-learns, wellness challenges, and onsite health screenings, which involves collecting personal health profile information and gathering basic body biometric and lab data, in order to both create an actuarial profile for the employers and a personal health report for the employees, but also for the purpose of collecting data on insured employees to use in direct, targeted marketing about hospital services. The position will prepare detailed productivity reports and presentations for senior management. The position will lead all customer service engagement including providing exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns, as well as, conduct regular meeting and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. The CAM will facilitate communication and needs between organization-wide departments and corporate clients, as well as routinely coordinate with clinical departments to understand services provided. The CAM will be responsible for drafting and executing a broker engagement strategy and will serve as the primary lead during open enrollment periods to help promote greater membership in at-risk arrangements and overall organization-wide engagement.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of professional sales experience in healthcare, wellness or related field; must have demonstrable successful track record in sales; must have excellent people skills and proven ability to get “foot in the door” and close the deal with clients; strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to all levels of employees in an organization; must have strong track record for innovation and creativity in meeting client needs; must be self-starter and be able to work independently; strong ability to meet deadlines; ability to multitask; excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to represent products and services knowledgeably; strong problem solving, analytical; ability to speak, read and write in English; ability to use PC and office equipment, to include accessing information via the internet; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products; ability to operate comfortably in front of C-level executives. Must have valid driver’s license and must have own transportation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required, and/or equivalent education or experience in job related activities.
