Role: Service Coordinator Manager, Full-time, Remote
Compensation: $59k-$65k Base salary (depending on experience) plus up to $7.8k annual performance bonus

At NeuroNav, we are providing services powered by technology to customize care plans for our neurodivergent clients and connect clients with our virtual Navigators to plan their benefits.
Who We Are
NeuroNav launched out of Stanford in May 2020 with the support of the Stanford Innovation Fellowship. Last year, we supported hundreds of neurodivergent adults in accessing life-changing services and we’re on track to expand our impact by quadrupling our client base by next year.

What you’ll do
As the Navigator Manager, you will be the driving force behind our team of Service Navigators, ensuring the seamless execution of supporting our amazing clients in California’s Self-Determination Program. You'll implement policies and procedures, serving as the go-to person for daily challenges for your team as they advocate for their clients. Your responsibilities encompass assigning and managing clients, prioritizing team tasks, supporting hiring and training within your team, and taking decisive action on cases or team issues. Stepping in when necessary, you'll handle challenging situations, putting your leadership skills to the test.
What You'll Achieve:
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dynamic team of Service Navigators who are the heart and soul of NeuroNav
- Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze and drive team metrics, making strategic decisions to optimize performance and outcomes
- Client Advocacy: Represent NeuroNav in client and partner meetings, ensuring a strong partnership and effective collaboration
- Company Policy Improvement & Implementation: Execute and uphold policies and procedures to ensure the team's success in guiding individuals through the Self-Determination Program. Identify areas of improvement and work together to implement positive change.
- Talent Development: Identify and nurture the growth of future leaders within the team, building skill sets and fostering a culture of mentorship
- Client Success: Break down barriers for clients, ensuring the success of their customized, person-centered plans within the specialized support program funded by California’s Department of Developmental Services and Regional Center System

Qualifications:
- Team Management Experience: Demonstrated success in leadership and professional development of teams, including motivating team members to achieve individual and collective goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment (1 year of management experience required and 2+ years preferred)
- Developmental Disabilities Experience: Essential is a background working with individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD), bringing a unique understanding to the challenges and rewards of the role. 2 years of IDD support experience is required and 3+ years is preferred (preference for experience in social work, care coordination, ABA therapy, or as a service provider)
Additional preferences include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- Client-facing experience managing multiple relationships at one time (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Must have computer, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet work environment
- Fluent in Spanish and bilingual (strongly preferred)
- Experience in a performance-based culture with metrics attainment goals (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (preferred)
