Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their pain points
- Manage daily inbound help desk questions
- Utilize Salesforce for client data management and reporting
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams on project management and implementation
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong critical thinking skills
