Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)to join our team. As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee their implementation by the group home staff. You will work closely with clients and their families, providing training and support to ensure effective behavior management and skill development across various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document various behavior challenges.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
- Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
- Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
- Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
- Complete monthly/quarterly/annual behavioral summaries for the individuals on your assigned caseload.
- Provide staff training/proficiency monitoring as needed and in compliance with APD regulations.
- Adhere to all client and agency requirements as set by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
- · Supervise and train ABA Therapists.
REQUIREMENTS
· Current and maintain BCBA/ BCaBA certificate (on file)
· Reliable means of transportation
· Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance
· Pass a criminal background check
· Maintain CPR certification (every two years)
· Maintain HIPAA compliance training (annual)

$BCaBA- $40-$45 / per hour based on experience
BCBA- $65-$75 / per hour based on experience
