Account Executive - Entry Level - Occupational Medicine

- Territory will be within the DFW Metroplex – Emphasis on Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties.
- Clinics assigned will include Arlington, Mansfield, Midlothian, Lantana, and Heath.
- Goal will be to drive business development at assigned clinics and assist partners with leads for other clinics.

We have 15 clinics, CommunityMed can offer a supportive management team, scheduling flexibility, training opportunities for ancillary staff, and a line of sight for advancement for all clinic personnel. Position Summary:
- The OccMed Account Executive is a marketing and sales professional who can articulate the value that CommunityMed Urgent Care can offer to potential business partners.
- Services include, but are not limited to, Drug Screens, DOT physicals, BAT testing, Workers Comp, etc.
- We aim to make appointment setting easy and efficient and strive for clinic wait times to be within 0-30 mins.
- The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable or be able to learn our occupational med services, effectively network with businesses and professional associations, and/or have prior success in a sale driven role.
- In addition to a base salary, a quarterly commission incentive will be provided.
Pay: 50-55k Salary (depends on experience) + Commission based on new business in your territory
Location: Traveling 75-100% of the time within the DFW Metroplex – Tarrant, Collin, and Denton Counties.
- Commission will be tied to OccMed and Workers Comp Services at assigned clinic territories.
- Territories can vary, and candidates should anticipate driving business to all DFW clinics.
- Responsibilities:
- You will obtain new accounts from businesses who can utilize Occupational Medicine services (pre-employment drug screens, worker's compensation, fit-for-duty, DOT physicals, drug/alcohol testing, etc.)
- You will manage accounts and upsell books of business specifically with Occupational Medicine and Worker's Compensation visits to our urgent care clinics.
- You will have constant customer/client interaction via phone, email, video conference and face-to-face.
- You will provide support for existing accounts.
- You will partner with managers and directors to provide support and resources.
- You will build relationships with physicians and provider partners.
- You will be competent in explaining all Occupational Med service offerings.
- You will participate in the successful development and timely marketing of the new urgent care clinic locations.
- You will report on all sales activities.
- You will schedule and conduct tours of the clinics.
- You will attend meetings at the directors’ request and direction.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel 75%-100% of the time locally in DFW.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, or Business Management discipline preferred.
- 1 or more years of experience in sales and marketing preferred.
- 1 or more years of experience of medical or occupational medicine preferred.
- Local knowledge of the DFW and surrounding area
- A valid state driver license & good driving record
- Public speaking and presentation skills
