Busy golf club in Plymouth, MA seeking an experienced Sous Chef and Line Cook to work at our restaurant and function facility. Candidates must present the following:
- General knowledge of food & sanitation
- Have a strong culinary background & good cooking skills
- Be passionate about food & have the ability to fit into a tight knit team
- Excellent personal hygiene
Applicants must be good team players, be motivated and hardworking, assisting the Executive Chef wherever needed, executing all services with precision and consistency. We are a scratch kitchen using local ingredients and take pride in what we do.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, overseeing prep and production, executing an event when needed, help with weekly ordering, step onto the line if needed and maintain a clean and organized work space.
