Amplified Insights is looking to fill an Entry Level Customer Service Representative role. This Full Time position is for someone that has great customer service and communication skills.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Following company policies and procedures
- Using multiple computer applications to access information
- Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the manager for resolution
- Processing new business and renewals
- Reviewing accounts and making changes as needed
- Uses proper telephone, chat, email and social etiquette.
- Properly greets and communicates with customers.
- Ability to work closely with Account Managers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, retail or restaurant is preferred
- Excellent with follow-up and deadlines
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
