Real Estate Administrative Assistant
C. Michael Elliott & Associates is an independent, boutique real estate company at Lake of the Ozarks. Owners, Michael Elliott and Karen Matthews Elliott have been in real estate at the lake for forty years. We are a small company with a strong presence in the lake market. We are enthusiastic about what we do and have fun working together. We maintain a respectful and collaborative office atmosphere. The company owners are looking for someone to work with them who is highly organized, self-directed, and creative.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Listing and Sales Contracts and associated documents at the Broker’s direction.
- Manage digital and paper document files, and submission of paperwork to appropriate parties
- Oversee agent’s Listing and Sale Contract submissions for accuracy in the multiple listing system
- Compose and post online content to company’s website and social media accounts
- Compose and produce marketing items, brochures, postcards, etc.
- Manage and review systems to assure automated procedures are working properly
- Gather Marketing Data and manage reports and analytics
- Assist Broker with Showing, Listing and Marketing Presentations
- Assist with organization of promotional events and open houses
- Communicate directly with clients and cooperating agencies
- Commit to our company’s dedication to excellent client service by taking responsibility for follow through and follow up in all areas whether or not they fall into your job description so that no client is left waiting to be assisted
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to facilitate the growth of the company’s presence on social media and other marketing outlets with past, present and future clients
Required Skills:
- Windows operating system, MS Office, including Publisher or comparable software and online applications such as CRM tools a must.
- Ability to prioritize workload in alignment with business needs a must
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach a must
- Impeccable communication and people skills a must
Bonus Skills:
- Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design software
- Copywriting and Social Media reporting/analytics
- Good knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
