Maintenance Technician needed immediately – willing to train the right candidate!

We are currently hiring a full time Community Hero (aka Maintenance Technician)
The primary responsibilities for this role will be:

Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)

Landscaping
-
Plowing and Salting in winter months
-
Repair of Water/Sewer lines when needed
-
Repair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as needed
-
Assist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)
-
Troubleshoot problem areas
-
Respond immediately to any emergency calls
-
Other related duties as assigned
Must be able to:
-
Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Work independently
-
Multitask
-
Operate large machinery when necessary
-
Occasionally lift 50lbs or more
Experience Preferred:

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
