KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Service:
a. Respond to visitor requests in person, over the phone, and via email.
b. Ensure visitor safety and connect them with the right person or department.
c. Provide prompt and accurate assistance for a positive impact.
d. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
2. Information Resource:
a. Respond confidently to routine inquiries about town services.
b. Collaborate with department staff for the best assistance.
c. Utilize resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
3. Administrative Support:
a. Handle various administrative tasks for office operation.
b. Copy, scan documents, process payments with attention to detail.
c. Follow approved cash handling procedures.
4. Teamwork:
a. Coordinate workload with team members for task fulfillment.
b. Demonstrate flexibility in task handling and willingness to support the team.
5. Project Assistance:
a. Assist the Administration Department in tasks like proofreading, correspondence, research, and grant support.
6. Event Coordination:
a. Support the coordination of Administration Department events.
7. Flag Protocol:
a. Support adherence to flag protocols for half-staff observances.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: To be considered for this position, you should have one to four years of clerical or administrative experience. Possession of a valid driver’s license is also required.
