Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and feedback.
Customer Support:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Data Entry and Management:
- Enter customer information and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments into the company’s database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Product/Service Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product information, company policies, and service changes.
- Educate customers about products and services to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
