Since 1954 St. Leonard's Ministries has been empowering formerly incarcerated men and women to lead whole and productive lives. Holistic services provide emergency and permanent supportive housing, cognitive behavioral therapy, healthcare, substance use treatment, education, and employment training. Men and women transform their lives as evidenced by an exceptionally low recidivism rate with 95% of women and 84% of men remaining free after completing the St. Leonard’s program.
The Resident Coordinator is responsible for providing direct supervision to the residents of Saint Leonard’s House and Grace House, with the ultimate goal of helping participants transition to permanent housing. The Resident Coordinator role is to promote independent living skills and self-sufficiency of all clients served. The Resident Coordinator is responsible for around the clock resident monitoring, provide supervision, ensure the general well-being of the residents, and enforce Saint Leonard’s Ministries policy and procedures.
.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
2. Reports resident positive or negative behavior to Case Managers and Program Director.
3. Complete attendance sheets, medication sheets and hourly logs
4. Respond to the safety and well-being concerns of residents and report to Case Managers, Program Director or Chief Program Director.
5. Verify that residents are accounted for and in compliance with program rules
6. Monitor residents entering and leaving the house, make appropriate notations on resident’s’ movement sheets.
7. Prepare clear, accurate and concise records and reports.
8. Conducts inspections of all residential floors and room and exterior of all buildings hourly.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
