Position Overview: As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing expert guidance on Energy products and services, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about Just Energy products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and plans to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Just Energy products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
