We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, while also upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Provide clear and concise information about our products and services, as well as their features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and to provide personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as retail sales and benefits administration, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve disputes and maintain a positive relationship.
- Stay up-to-date with HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance with all customer service interactions.
- Provide customers with information about their benefits and other relevant products or services.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license
- Proficiency in English and a PLUS if bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Ability to analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
