Loudoun Test Prep is seeking dynamic, motivated, and personable individuals to join our team in providing administrative support to our tutoring staff. We are looking for candidates of varying availability, but preference is given to those interested in pursuing a long-term relationship with our company.
Job Description: As a proctor for Loudoun Test Prep, you will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to: maintaining a friendly atmosphere by welcoming students, proctoring practice tests, taking student attendance, and providing administrative support to the tutoring staff.
Hours: Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the staff.
Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday/Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Compensation: $12 - $15/hour after training. All candidates participate in 3 shifts of training/shadowing (typically 4 hours each).
Hours per week: Between 4-15 hours a week, depending on candidate availability.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Open the building prior to testing, classes, and other events and stay until closing (or end of shift)
- Greet students and parents as they enter
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the open areas, classrooms, and kitchen
- Proctor practice tests, grade tests, and print results for tutors
- Take attendance for individual sessions and small group classes
- Print homework results and test packets for student binders
- Reliable transportation to and from is required
Qualifications:
- Experience working with people in a service industry is highly desirable

Experience: Previous work as part of a team (preferred)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (current high school students are welcome to apply)
