During your interactions, you will be identifying their home service needs and providing the best options for electricity, internet, and other home services.

Compensation
The compensation structure is $15/hr plus commissions paid bi-monthly. The total compensation earned should fall in the salary range stated but it will be dependent on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers get the best electricity rate for their home
- Listen to customer concerns to find the best product that fits their needs
- Use Closing techniques to overcome objections
- Try new and non-traditional ways to connect with customers and remain open to feedback
- Share ideas across teams to improve our capabilities and products
- Maintain a high level of open communication and morale at ComparePower and within our sales team
- Must be willing to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred
- 1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player
- A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations
- Ability to Build rapport over the phone and via text
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written commitment skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tools

Pay: $38,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
