JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Supervisor manages all client payable activities in assigned markets for the Client Payables team. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and other expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures. Supervises and provides operational guidance to outsourced Client Payables team members in assigned markets across the US. This is a fully remote position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Manage the daily workflows of offshore payables staff and provide guidance where needed.
2. Provide guidance to stakeholders and assist in implementing all HRG initiatives as applied to Client Payables operations
3. Resolve complex payment issues, perform final review and approval for all invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with policy.
4. Create and maintain process manuals for all team functions.
5. Ensure timely payment of all vendors by managing payment workflows and assisting as needed; generally responding to all vendor inquiries.
6. Interact with all levels of management and various stakeholders to resolve payables related issues
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2-4 years accounts payable experience required
- Prior team lead or supervisor experience in high-volume environment required, minimum of 2 years
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and drive to provide superior customer service to all stakeholders.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments, exercise judgment, and take ownership of projects in the absence of direct supervision
- Team player with strong work ethic, proactive orientation, who can anticipate needs, is assertive, and highly accountable, with a mature and positive attitude.

- This is a management position with no direct reports; all offshore assets are dotted-line reports

- Minimal travel required
