- Handle phone calls professionally, triage inquiries, and provide necessary information
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as insurance verification and billing support
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery
- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic health record systems is preferred
- Proven experience in medical reception or medical assisting roles
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and patient service best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work at the front desk efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is advantageous but not mandatory
