Our apartment community located in Bloomingdale, IL is looking for a Residential Maintenance Technician who will enhance the value of our residential asset by contributing your years of maintenance experience and providing our residents with exceptional customer care. In this very important role, you will be responsible for maintaining the apartment homes, common areas and grounds with particular attention to efficiency, safety, and asset preservation. If you are team player who is highly skilled in building maintenance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Pay Range - $17 to $25/hr. commensurate with experience + commissions + eligibility for quarterly bonus

Qualifications and Expectations
-
Prior experience in multifamily housing a plus
-
Perform routine maintenance with knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pools, HVAC, appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety and cleanliness

Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Complete work orders and unit turns professionally and efficiently
-
Availability for after-hours emergency on-call, on a rotating monthly schedule

Must be authorized to work in the US
-
A valid driver's license is required
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager and Community Manager
