Seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to also oversee our warehouse operations. S/he will play a crucial role in various aspects of our operations, including but not limited to in-shop technical service on general motor equipment, new golf-mat builds, inventory management, refurbishment, receiving and packaging deliveries.
This role requires proficiency in two main disciplines;
1 Customer service coordination and management
2 Warehouse management
1 Customer service coordination and management
a. Schedule and supervise part time customer service repairs technicians
b. Take ownership of customer service workload and ensure all customer service standards are being met ensuring repairs made and equipment returned to customers in a timely manner
c. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
d. Be a point of contact for customers calling in with technical service questions
e. Analyze customer service returns by customer to identify any customer specific issues
f. Be able to repair returns from customers (Ball Engines and Control Panels) and follow all procedures and documenting of repairs – items are electro-mechanical units so will require basic mechanical knowledge
g. Training and performance evaluation
h. Clear reporting of service performance to management
2 Warehouse management
a. Keep warehouse clean, tidy and organized
b. Take ownership of warehouse workloads and ensure customer and in-house requirements are met
c. Manage and document locations of all inventory and non inventory items
d. Optimize warehouse layout and operations to improve productivity and reduce costs
e. Forecast requirements for inventory (raw material and assembled items) and order/plan accordingly
f. Maintenance of tools
g. Receiving and processing all goods in (inventory and customer service repairs)
h. Coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management
i. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
j. Pulling and staging inventory for installation team to load onto truck/trailer or palletizing for shipping from load sheets
k. Overseeing all outward shipments of inventory and customer service repairs
l. Manage inventory control, including cycle counting, reporting, and resolving discrepancies
m. Clear reporting of warehouse performance to management on a weekly basis
n. Sourcing warehouse consumables, ensuring best prices
o. Negotiating best rates for shipping
In addition, oversee company vehicles, ensuring locations documented and tags and insurance current.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team
- Mechanically minded, hands-on practical person
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with focus on accuracy and quality
- Certification in OSHA, Forklift, or other relevant industry certifications a plus
