Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting plans
- Utilize talent management and succession planning techniques to identify and attract top candidates
- Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract new graduates and interns
- Utilize research and HR sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Execute executive recruiting strategies for senior-level positions
- Leverage tools such as Workday and Salesforce for efficient recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong background in interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with various recruitment methods including campus recruitment and executive recruiting
- Ability to conduct thorough research to identify top talent
- Proficiency in HR sourcing strategies
- Experience with recruitment tools like Workday and Salesforce is a plus
