Looking for a dynamic P&C Licensed Account Manager, Agent to join our team!
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual to join our California team! Our P&C Account Manager (AM) is responsible for taking care of our customers directly. Our AM will act as our customer's support, write new business, manage existing relationships, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy, understanding, and efficiency. This is a remote position.
Job Duties:
- Knowledge of both personal and commercial lines
- Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
- Quote, sell and bind new policies
- Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
- Service customer concerns
- Properly document and update all customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Mail and document management
- Other duties as requested
The ideal candidate will have:
- Capable of working within the California time zone
- Valid property and casualty license
- Be proficient in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance
- Ability to handle high volume phones and email requests
- Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
- Must be a team player and dependable
- Database/AMS360 experience preferred
- Computer skills are necessary i.e. word & excel
- M-F from 9:00 am - 5 pm
- Possess strong drive, ambition and goal orientation
On average up to $10,000 in annual performance incentives in addition to the posted salary and benefits. Incentives are uncapped.
