Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
