The ideal candidate has administrative, office, and/or hospitality experience, and a demonstrated record of supporting and enhancing the client experience.
In this position, you'll be performing various administrative duties including:
Assistant to the Practice Manager
Lead or be heavily involved in:
- Social media management
- Website updates
- Newsletter
- Client communications
Responsible for the client experience in our office:
- Supply management
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Setting up for meetings
- Opening and closing the office
Assistance with event planning
The administrative team works very closely and efficiently together. We are looking for a team player who is willing to jump in and help out wherever needed.

Someone who is able to multitask and excels in a fast-paced environment would be a perfect fit. We are looking for a professional and polished individual who is always wanting to go the extra mile. We have strict deadlines and this person needs to be willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done. You must be flexible, organized, efficient, dependable, and be able to prioritize under pressure. The position is 8am to 5pm in-office, with overtime occasionally required during tax season (Jan-April), but flexible schedules available outside of tax season.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Outstanding reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times
- Experience in a CPA environment a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
