We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive firm success.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and format correspondences and other documents

Calendar deadlines and hearings

Answer and make telephone calls

Maintain and administer organized filing systems

Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:

Prior experience in office administration or other related fields preferred but not required

Ability to prioritize and multitask and handle high volume work
