Treetop Ticketing & Guest Services staff properly record sales on cash registers, collect payment from Guests at the point of sale, and provide correct change with a receipt. Staff are responsible for providing a positive first impression with each Guest when they arrive. Treetop Ticketing & Guest Services staff must also remain knowledgeable on ticket prices, current specials and upcoming events and utilize this information to up-sell or encourage Guests to visit again. A special part of this position is you will be able to see more than just the counter, you will be a Patrol Guide. Patrol Guides encourages and ensures guest safety while following from the ground.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Cashier Certification (Obtained during department training)
Physical Demands*- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; stand; walk/pace; use hands to handle equipment or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
