Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at Medek Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Reach out to customers via phone and email to provide information, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bookkeeping: Use QuickBooks to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping.
- Email Management: Monitor and respond to incoming emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Office Support: Assist with a variety of office tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- General Assistance: Provide support to other team members and management as needed, helping with various projects and tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience in customer service or client relations.
