```Duties```
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
```Experience```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data for treatment planning purposes
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals with autism, their families, and interdisciplinary teams
