Will work to maintain a positive work environment by providing exceptional customer service to vendors, customers and fellow employees. Position is responsible for answering phones, keeping an adequate supply of office products as well as cleaning products. Provide clerical support to fellow employees. The main function of this job is to order, track and follow up for all material orders and purchase orders. Attention to detail is required.
Perform quality control as products are delivered to ensure material is available and in good condition when needed. Perform accounting related functions as related processing of accounts payable transactions and accounting database maintenance.
· Create detailed proposals for service customers in Quickbooks, send to customer and track as necessary
· Generate detailed purchase orders in Quickbooks, obtain confirmations, ship dates and track orders to the point they are received
. Receive shipments and monitor product as it is off-loaded from trucks, making sure the correct quantity, product, sizes and quality is received.
· Answer incoming telephone calls on multi- line system; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
· Process all office administrative tasks and perform miscellaneous support functions as assigned
· Maintain efficient level of office and kitchen supplies
· Collect, sort, distribute mail, messages and courier deliveries
· Travel, meeting and event management from planning to logistics and communications
· Process credit card transactions
