Surety Solutions, a Gallagher Company, is seeking a dynamic Surety Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in providing exceptional surety bonding solutions to our valued clients.

As a Surety Account Manager at Surety Solutions, you will be an integral member of our surety bond team, responsible for managing client accounts and delivering personalized service. Your in-depth knowledge of the surety industry will enable you to provide tailored bonding solutions that meet our clients' unique requirements. With your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills, you will ensure that our clients receive the best possible support throughout the bonding process. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position and it is fully remote.
How you'll make an impact:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all surety-related matters.

Collaborate with underwriters to analyze risk, assess bonding needs, and tailor solutions that align with clients' goals.

Guide clients through the application and approval process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate clients' bonding capacities and eligibility.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, providing valuable insights to clients.

Assist in the preparation and submission of bonding documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in business development initiatives.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance client service.
About you:
Required: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience.
