Qualification and Skill Sets
- Must have experience and a proven track record successfully interacting in B2B client service role.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight meeting deadlines.
- Must have experience presenting analytical information to drive process improvement.
- Must be able to solve problems and or create client-specific solutions.
- Must be very proficient working in Excel and Google Sheets
- Must understand how to dissect data using pivot tables.
- Must understand how to create and manage intermediate-level complexity spreadsheets.
- Must be able to create and manage professional performance reports.
- Must be proficient working with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Adobe and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have experience creating corporate client-facing documents.
- Must be innovative and resourceful in their approach to problem-solving.
- Must be able to represent our company in a professional manner.
- Must be able to build and cultivate relationships internally across departments.
- Must be great at follow-up and documenting discussions.
- Must be able to manage customer service issues to resolution.
- Must be adaptable and flexible to address changing business needs successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and service client relationships at both the corporate and employee level.
- Create, manage, and present monthly enrollment reports.
- Identify and provide guidance to clients on best practices.
- Coordinate the communication of best practice strategies across client base.
- Work with clients to address their day-to-day service challenges.
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to better engage with our clients/prospects.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our internal matrix partners.
- Coordinate client service meetings with sales team.
- Identify and share opportunities for operational improvement.
- Work with management to identify and create value-added service offerings.
- Work with management to optimize client retention.
This position is a full-time, hourly position with overtime required as needed. Business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00P M and Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
Financial – hourly pay, with an annual target salary of $54,080-$62,400, based on skill and experience, and includes a profit-sharing target of 10% of total compensation. Profit sharing is based upon the company’s financial performance and individual contribution to company success.
