MaestroBath manufactures the finest line of luxurious bathroom products. All of our products are designed and handmade in Italy and are exclusively sold by our company through ~8000sqft California showroom, nationwide through our website MaestroBath.com, and few other major online retailers such as Perigold.com.
Over the past 15 years, MaestroBath has established business relationships with numerous B2C clients such as celebrities, executives, etc. and B2B clients such as interior designers, builders, and kitchen and bath showrooms nationwide. As a result, MaestroBath products are featured in many showrooms nationwide. We currently have three distribution centers with multi-million dollar worth of inventory that enables us to offer customers industry-leading fulfillment time of 1 to 2 business days.
The company scaled its sales volume by 4X in the past 3 years, and we are honored and proud to be selected as the exclusive distributor of Lamborghini bathroom products throughout United States.

Your Day
- Define, Own, and Lead execution of company's local and nationwide business development by identifying and establishing new business partnerships with interior designers, developers, and kitchen and bath showrooms.
- Maintain a cultivating relationships with existing and new potential clients to retain and scale companie's client portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Brainstorm and innovate new sales initiatives via unconventional channels and rally the sales staff to support the vision.
- Lead, coach, and offer professional development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of MaestroBath's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline workflows.
- Closely collaborate with the head of cross-functional teams such as marketing to propose and create world-class customer facing sales, marketing, or advertising content.
- Support inbound phone calls or email sales and closely track leads via CRM until their successful closure.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Offer Interior Design Consultation by assisting clients with space layout, bathroom design and product selection.
You Must Have
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the design or home improvement sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for luxury products or services
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Engaging personality and remarkable communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and etc.) and Google Suites (doc, sheet, and etc.)
- Available to work on weekends if necessary
- Willing to Travel efficiently and meet clients
- Professional image and high level of integrity

- Strong Organizational skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Professional experience with an ERP software (Netsuite is preferred)
- Interior design experience and interest / knowledge of high-end luxury goods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
