Job Description - Executive Assistant
Blood Bank of Hawaii is currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, engaging Executive Assistant to join our Executive Team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of the Executive Team by providing stellar support functions for the senior leadership team including the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operational Officer (COO).
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role required
· Highly motivated, reliable, organized and prepared, confident yet discreet and continually learning individual.
· Excellent communication skills to interact with the C-suite, industry leaders, media, company partners, employees, customers and vendors
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail while meeting prescribed deadlines
· Consistently exhibits a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in final work product
· Takes personal ownership and accountability for outcomes with minimal need for constant oversight
· Successful experience leading projects of different types, lengths and scope preferred
· Applies sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters
· Uses technology well, including presentation creation and task management technology
· Experience working with various scheduling and collaboration tools required
· Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and other systems and applications
Work Schedule:
· Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)
· Flexibility with schedule to meet operational needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
