We are looking for an experienced Customer Administrator who can work closely with our Sales Team in a fast-paced Retail environment answering incoming calls and handling customer support functions such as assisting by informing customers with updates on their Estimated Ship Dates, and tracking the order process. This candidate must be able to multi-task efficiently, accurately, and timely basis.
An experienced candidate should have a background in general sales administration and customer support roles. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with experience in data entry and worked on Salesforce. This candidate should speak English proficiently. Ideal applicants should have experience with Retail customer support. Needs to have an excellent level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft/Windows applications is a must. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position and be able to type a minimum of 40-45 WPM. Needs to have strong organizational skills, work ethics, and maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude. An ideal candidate must have the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and work well with the Sales Staff.

- Must possess a high level of intuition and the ability to problem-solve.
