Administrative Assistant of Growing Medical Practice
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will be responsible for supporting the office manager with the daily operations of our psychiatric office. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to all NPP Consultants clinicians. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting with general office duties, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Essential Functions:
·Assist with onboarding new patients and ensure that they are properly registered with various electronic record platforms.
·Provide administrative support to NPP Consultants clinicans including but not limited to: answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with general office duties, and other administrative tasks.
·Maintain internal databases and filing systems.
·Assist in the organization of all office duties.
Maintain confidentiality of HIPPA protected information
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
·Experience working in an administrative role in a medical office setting preffered but not required.
·Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHRs) preferred but not required.
·Excellent professional comportmant and verbal/written communication skills required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
