We are currently seeking a full time, dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead Receptionist for a Property Management company
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist homeowner/visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist homeowners with accurately completing rental/lease applications
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Coordinate conference room calendars
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Positive team member
