Job Overview/Purpose
Our Senior Account Executive will drive growth by selling a variety of revenue cycle services to healthcare organizations throughout the nation. An ideal candidate will have a successful track record in building new relationships and will strive to exceed performance targets by providing excellent service.
Founded in 1994 Managed Resources (MRI) in Long Beach California, MRI partners with clients nationwide to help them solve complex revenue cycle and compliance challenges. In our over 25 years of operations, MRI has had the pleasure of working with many of the most prestigious healthcare organizations and medical groups in the county that span from the Hawaiian Islands to the East Coast.

DESCRIPTION
Complete the following functions in accordance with Managed Resources policies:
- Proven experience independently driving and closing new client accounts, managing client proposal process, and conducting sales presentations
- Strategically source new client leads by using the internet, job boards, job posting, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates.
- Conduct regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads
- Track sales deals through closing and finalize sales contracts
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active deals to ensure continual sales growth
- Develop a presence in our industry by networking with local leaders and associations
- Stay current on healthcare and revenue cycle trends affecting our clients
- Exceed sales goals by:
- Reaching out to prospective clients, learning about their revenue cycle needs, and informing them about our services
- Schedule discovery calls between client team leaders and our service delivery team to share information on our services, approach, and service value
- Customize solutions and send out proposals
- Schedule proposal reviews with our team, answer questions and close deals
- Help onboard new clients and transfer to the service delivery team
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Must be a goal oriented and self -starter
- Experience in healthcare industry and/or healthcare sales preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree preferred
