Frankie & Essl’s is a breakfast sandwich restaurant that has a streamlined menu and is open during limited hours of the week. Operating hours are Wednesday – Monday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Frankie & Essl’s is currently looking for a crew member with dynamic capabilites to join its team.
WAGE:
$9-$15 plus tips
Free meal during shift
50% of a meal when not working
SHIFT:
Business hours 7am - 1pm with shifts anywhere between 6:30am to 2pm. Saturdays & Sundays will be required.

Job Description
- Front and Back of House
- Accepting Payment
- Brewing coffee and refilling water station
- Organize and maintain a clean lobby
- Organize and clean store during downtime
- Customer service. Identify and resolve issues in the store while keeping strong customer satisfaction and providing positive resolutions
- Balancing a cash drawer
- Using the equipment properly
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Maintains an organized and sanitary working environment
- Safe food handling techniques are handled in all applications
- Wash and sanitize dishes
- Wash and sanitize work surfaces
- Cross training with Short Order Cook will be required
Conditions
- Perform the Physical Demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and move heavy food containers, great communication skills with customers.

Experience
- Any culinary education or restaurant experience is a plus!
- Food Handlers Permit
- Experience with Toast POS a plus!
