Kirstin Care/Kirstin's Haven, Inc. is looking for a receptionists/Accounts specialist to assist the front desk by ensuring quality customer service and administrative support.
Spanish speak a plus!
Responsibilities
The receptionists/Accounts specialist will report to the Office Manager and provide direct feedback of all customer service and administrative concerns to the delegated supervisor within each department.
Daily
- Knowledgeable of A/P, A/R and great inter-personal skills.
- Data entry of all referral information and collecting missing information from referral source to enter client within 24 hours upon receipt.
- Completing brief registrations of all new clients that are received within 72 hours of receipt.
- Consistently (no less than once monthly) check insurance eligibility to ensure clients are in an active status.
- Assist in obtaining authorizations and submit claims manually through Incedo for payment
- Assist in reconciling all denials and post payments
- Ability to bill Medicare, Medicaid, Home Health and Private insurances.
- Schedule psychiatric appointments and nursing appointments for those clients
identified by the intake coordinator needing services and confirm all appointments as outlined within scheduling protocol.
- Assist administrative staff with interview schedule of prospective candidates.
- Greet clients, stakeholders, referral sources, and all others visiting Kirstin Care
- Provide administrative support in those areas identified by department supervisors.

- Maintain a pleasant and accommodating demeanor to Kirstin's haven, Inc./Kirstin Care staff as well as those visiting and/or contacting Kirstin Care via phone, fax, or email.

3. Staff Hiring, Training and Development
- Work closely with administrative staff to assist in scheduling, billing and providing needed documentation to prospective candidates.

Pay: $38,417.00 - $40,821.00 per year
