A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our plumbing company to our clients. In order to provide them with the very best in plumbing services, we need someone to make sure that their needs are met from start to finish and that our office runs efficiently. You perform a variety of day-to-day customer service and office tasks. You take both inbound calls and make outbound calls to answer questions, schedule services, and follow up.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions whether by phone, in person, or through email and is one of the reasons our customers enjoy doing business with us. You also help with filing, data entry, and other administrative office duties. Your hard work helps our business run smoothly. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping everything up-to-date and accurate!
