Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving revenue growth.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand client base and increase sales.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Manage key accounts through proactive account management practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Demonstrate leadership by providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Experience:
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in sales, account management, and market analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Leadership skills to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
