Fairway Custom Cabinet's is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing cabinet company. This is a full-time remote position, with potential for in-office work once our space is ready.
Must have office management related skills to the field of construction
Must be willing to learn how to estimate for our fabrication department for cabinetry using our excel format.
CAD drafter is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Handle payroll tasks
- Project management related to invoicing and material handling
- Communicate with clients and field workers
- Provide support to the team as needed
- Fully understand the use of Excel, Word, and PDF editing with note-taking
- Undertake special projects relating to organizing the company's logistics and efficiency to help the executives
- Prepary to train to estimate projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction/cabinet shop industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency with project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fully proficient in Excel, Word, and PDF editing with note-taking
