Job Summary:
We are seeking a First Impressions individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the front desk area and ensure tidiness
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or as a clerk is preferred
