Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with HVAC Industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers; multilingual proficiency is a plus
Qualifications:
- HVAC or Distribution company experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
