Role
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic). You'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, maintain industrial control systems, and work both independently and collaboratively to ensure equipment uptime. You may also fill in for a production operator as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with shop equipment and precision measuring tools.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and demonstrate leadership skills.
