Believe Home Care is a rapidly growing High-tech In-Home Care company looking for an Associate General Manager to help take it to the next level. The ideal candidate will be creative and passionate about growing and enhancing our caregiver workforce; as well as, supporting our efforts to double the size of our business every year. You will report directly to the Founder and CEO of Believe (based in Doylestown) and thus have great visibility into all aspects of the business along with the opportunity to move into various roles within the organization including a Branch Manager / General Manager position.

Associate General Manager Responsibilities:
- Active role in day-to-day operations including supervision and assistance with client services coordination (working with our schedulers and RN care managers)
- Leading role with all HR functions including new employee recruiting, onboarding and ongoing development (working closely with our recruiter)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state health and employment regulations (unemployment, benefits, home care licensure)
- Support back office functions including payroll and employee prerequisite / competency compliance
- Support sales and marketing efforts (working with the CEO)
- Share after-hours / on-call activities with other team members
Associate General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing a customer facing team (restaurant, retail, etc.)
- Self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a desire to learn, grow and advance in their career
- Great set of values and genuine interest in helping to build a meaningful service
- Strong people and leadership qualities with a clear mission orientation
- Strong culture and process building skills
- Mental agility to understand our unique program and think of the best ways to scale it
- Strong care orientation with passion to help people and enrich their lives
- Great communication and problem-solving skills while working as team player
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement
- Prior health care or home care experience a plus
- Four year college degree preferred
